Eliminate HVAC Equipment Salt Corrosion Damage with Force5 HVAC Spray

HVAC contractors use Force5 HVAC Spray to inhibit corrosion, lubricate, and protect heat exchange fins in HVAC units. Since they are made of aluminum or copper, HVAC condenser and evaporator fins are prone to corrosion in humid, moist settings, and high-salinity settings. To prevent this, Force5 penetrates these metal parts, and forms a bond that repels water and contaminants, while also removing any previously existing corrosion in the unit. Overall, spraying Force5 at least once per year, can prolong an HVAC’s usefulness, especially for units exposed to direct sunlight. Five liter bulk containers of Force5 are available for commercial use, but at least two evaporator units can be treated with one twelve ounce container.

Instead of using a traditional mechanical cable which is prone to binding, Greenheck’s remote balancing dampers use a standard RJ11 cable that is run to a phone jack-style plug. Greenheck’s EZ Balance smart controller can then be plugged into the jack to regulate the damper’s blade position and balance the system. Two models of Greenheck remote balancing dampers can be specified.
