This article suggests a way to unclog one’s showerhead using vinegar. First, you put a plastic bag full of vinegar over the showerhead and close it with a twist tie. The next step is simply to keep the bag there for one to two days. This allows the vinegar to clean out any mineral deposits in the showerhead. After one to two days, just remove the bag of vinegar and turn on the showerhead on full force. If it is still clogged, repeat this process until no longer clogged.
