Reliance Detection Technologies has extended the size range on shut-off valves for its leak detection solutions.
RDT’s wireless RS-360 and wired Floodmaster RS-080 leak detection and water main shut-off systems are both able to shut off water to an entire building or facility plumbing section, when a paired water sensor detects a leak; they can then sound an alarm, as well as sending a signal to a building automation, security, or smart home system. The systems are now available with butterfly valves in 3- and 4-inch sizes.
