Johnson Control has developed a new state of the art centrifugal chiller to replace existing air conditioners. Low environmental impact is achieved by the magnetic bearing design that nearly eliminates wear and erosion. The design is also energy efficient as well as cost efficient. It operates with a condenser that has water temp below condensation temp to nearly eliminate water storage and removal from condensation. The unit is efficient enough to allow for a smaller design to take up less space.
