First, check the thermostat to insure that it has power. From there, check on the settings to make sure that the right heat or cool mode is set. Then check to see if a fuse has been blown or a system breaker has been flipped. Also, check all of the switches near the indoor air handler and outdoor condenser unit to see if they’ve been accidentally turned off. Finally, check on your ducts and air filters. If everything seems to be in working order, then it’s time to seek the assistance of an HVAC contractor.
