In early April, Johnson Controls held their inaugural women of HVAC event. 38 women were in attendance, all of these women hold a role in the HVAC industry. During the event the women were given tours of facilities and products. They also learned about Johnson Controls products and programs. Also bringing these women together allowed them to share stories, and visions for the HVAC industry. Johnson Controls has a passion for recruiting women into the HVAC industry. The inaugural event has become so popular that J.C. has plans of making it a biannual event.
