Trane is introducing XV19, which is a low profile variable speed heat pump for residential houses for heating and cooling. This specific pump runs very quietly, which can be ideal when it comes to places that may have noise ordinances, or close spaces. It comes in a 2-5 ton capacity and runs with a maximum operating sound levels of 43-57 A-rated decibels. When it is not running at max capacity, it will run at slower speeds, conserving energy.
